Buddy Boy, best knbown as "Buddy", is a big, handsome Siamese/Tabby cross, who looks like a mountain lion with sky-blue eyes and lovely markings. He was born in March of 2018 and weighs about 14 pounds.
He and his best friend, "BJ" were taken in by a Winter Texan couple at an RV park and provided with vet and foster care. They are probably not related, but BJ seems to regard Buddy as his big brother.
Buddy is a bit shy at first, but warms up once he knows he's found a safe place to make his forever home. And once Buddy gets comfortable, he becomes very affectionate, following you around seeking attention. He makes sweet gentle mews to let you know he wants some petting. He loves to rub into your hands and is a wonderful companion. Once BJ gets comfortable, he likes to be petted from his head to the tip of his tail and is eager to cuddle up with you when given the opportunity. BJ also will roll over to get belly rubs.
BJ and his foster buddies are fine around dogs and other cats. They just have to get comfortable with the people in the house! But once they are, they are both super friendly. They can also be playful, chasing the lazer light or enjoying one of their toys.
It would be nice if they could be adopted together since they are close but they would be fine on their own or in a home with other friendly pets. But if they get adopted together, a special reduced rate will apply.
Call their foster parent, Suzanne, at 956-391-4399 for more information.
